Pregnancy Coaching Initial

Did you know?

  1. By age 3, 80% of your baby’s brain will already be formed.

  2. Your baby’s taste preferences begin to develop in the womb.

  3. What you eat today can shape your baby’s immune system, metabolism, and even future food choices

Every pregnancy is unique. A prenatal dietitian can help you:

  • Know what nutrients you and your baby really need

  • Navigate nausea, food aversions, cravings, or supplements

  • Support conditions like gestational diabetes, anaemia, or constipation

  • Feel confident you're giving your baby the best start

In this 1:1 session, you’ll receive tailored nutrition advice to support both your health and your baby’s development.

Fertility nutrition coaching

Whether you’re planning for your first baby or expanding your family, optimizing your nutrition can play a crucial role in fertility and a healthy pregnancy.

A Fertility Dietitian specializes in personalized dietary support to help you prepare for conception and beyond.

When do you need to start?

Most people will need to see a dietitian at least 3 months before trying to conceive. This critical window allows time to:

  1. Boost egg and sperm health through antioxidant-rich and nutrient-dense foods.

  2. Address any nutritional deficiencies (e.g., folate, zinc, omega-3s) that can impact fertility.

  3. Minimise inflammation.

  4. Develop a preconception meal plan tailored to your unique needs.
