When should you start?
Ideally, three months before trying to conceive, as this is how long eggs and sperm take to mature. This allows time to:

Initial Consultation (50 minutes)
This session is for anyone seeking nutrition support beyond PCOS, fertility, and pregnancy, including weight management, malnutrition, IBS, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a referral from your GP. Please check with your GP to confirm your eligibility.
If you'd like to be more specific about the rebate, Medicare rebates for dietetics are generally available through a GP chronic condition management plan, so you could write: "You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if your GP refers you under a chronic condition management plan." It's worth confirming the current wording on the Services Australia website, as the plan names changed in 2025.
